Job Description

Our client based in Ealing is seeking experienced customer service candidates with experience of up-selling, cross selling and / or telesales. This is a varied role involving face to face client contact as well as over the telephone. The overall purposeof the role is building relationships and providing a fantastic service.Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound and outbound sales calls
Manage existing customer queries via telephone and email
Provide excellent level of customer service to existing and potential customers
Maintain in-depth service knowledge and understanding of products and services
Process deposits, communicate the customers requirements accurately and schedule follow up contact
Ensure accurate enquiry information is stored on the central CRM system with comprehensive information
Assist with performance reporting

Skills and Experience:

At least 2 years of proven customer service work experience in an office based or contact centre environment
Complaint handling experience will be advantageous
Proficient in MS Office skills
A great team player and be comfortable working in a small team environment
Have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary is £19,500 + uncapped commission & a generous benefits package.
