Job; Capacity Planning Manager - Remote (UK)This company is a pioneering venture builder. They are passionate about delivering innovativeproducts in a seamless, agile and collaborative way with their founders (customers).As part of their growth, they are looking for an experienced client facing Capacity Planning Manager to join their growing team.Role:Reporting to the Delivery Director you will have ownership of all capacity planning, allocation and utilisation responsibilities across their Delivery function to support a wide range of project types and needs from initial discoveries with their ProductManagers, MVP builds with lean teams, post launch teams to grow a project and retainers with current founders (customers) where their needs may cause up and down scaling teams.Youll take project briefs from their Sales team and collaborate with the Tech andDelivery teams to identify the correct team make-up and skills needed to deliver the project and align with commercials to ensure projects are resourced within agreed budgets and margins.Owning and maintaining a resource plan in line with delivery deadlines& skills requirements and forecasting future hiring needs whilst collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to plan medium/long-term hiring needs, is critical to the role.The job holder will also need to add controls to a continued pipeline of projects, people, timelines and expectations in line with company growth plans.Implementing new processes and tools to ensure that tasks and workflows can be automated, streamlinedand prioritised and documenting all processes.There will be a high level of collaboration with Technical and Delivery Directors to support rotation, transition and up-skilling initiatives for team members as well as account management teams to ensure there is early visibility of new projects and changesin project status.This role would suit someone who embraces ownership and drives decision making, creative problem solving.A people person who is confident in their decision making within tight timeframes, whilst being flexible, supportive and collaborative.A problem solverwho likes to get creative with solutions whilst assessing risk, change management and effective prioritisation. Someone who is extremely well organised, great at coordinating multiple people, projects and decisions with dependencies.Be confident managing resourceutilisation across their technical and delivery functions into projects at various stages from discovery to development.
