Job Description

Were looking for a senior AdOps exec wtih 1-2 years experience to join one of the leading global digital agencies.The role sits in the team at the center of the agencys digital capabilities. They ensure the right technology is being used to deliver digital advertising to a clients audience. They then also ensure that this technology is applied in a way that allowsmeasurement of that advertising to gauge the effectiveness.As part of the AdOps role you will:

  • Create and traffic ad campaigns using a variety of ad servers, working alongside AdOps Managers.
  • Anticipate and identify issues with campaigns and creative.
  • Interact with account managers, and partners on various ops projects across different clients.
  • Being proactive in developing own knowledge on industry standards and new technology, ensuring that the agency retains its leader position in the industry.
  • Actively participate in weekly meetings with the operations team.
  • Resolve and troubleshoot any technical issues related to digital campaign activation.
  • High level of time management to be able to work across variety of projects at the same time.
  • Mentor and assist in developing junior members of the team, providing best practices and insight.The successful candidate will have experience in how to combine consulting skills, data analytics and media strategy to drive and improve clients business results.
This is a fun, friendly and dynamic environment to work in, but the ability to work under pressure, work on multiple projects at the same time and to tight deadlines is essential. You must be self-motivated and able to work easily and collaboratively withothers. An understanding of the media industry and data is highly desirable but not essential.Experience Required:
  • Ideally some level of experience in adops and ad servers

Skills:
  • Experience in Google Campaign Manager and ad servers generally (incl. Sizmek, Flashtalking, Adform)
  • Experience in conversion site tagging, rich media, etc. knowledge/experience with GMP, Google 360 suite
  • Working knowledge of VVF vendors (viewability, verification, and fraud prevention)
  • Working knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, or APIs
  • Knowledge of Tag Management Systems (GTM, Ensighten, Signal, Tealium, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the working relationships with second- and third-party ad tech vendors
  • Educated in Programmatic Operations (DMPs, DSPs, Exchanges, SSPs)
  • Educated in web analytics practices, e.g. SSA, Site Optimization, CRO, A/B Testing
  • Educated in the expanding area of DCO vendors (Flashtalking, Sizmek, Revjet, Jivox, etc.)
  • Educated in the expanding area of attribution solutions (Flashtalking, GMP, Neustar, Visual IQ, etc.)
