Job Description

Looking for a career in Recruitment working for an Award-winning Branch Or are you already in Recruitment and looking for that move to progress further Are you a self-motivated, enthusiastic, tenacious, resilient and positive individual If YES, then we have the opportunity for you!Due to expanding our team in our Derby Office we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to work across all our divisions (Office, Transport, Industrial)Your role as a Recruitment Consultant will include:

  • The ability to generate new business and form successful client relationships with an established client base
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with applicants
  • Interviewing applicants
  • Advertising roles on job boards, social media and newspapers
  • Increasing market share, with both new and existing clients
  • To be considered for the Recruitment Consultant role you will have the following:
  • Excellent at communication and possess great interpersonal skills
  • Ambitious and Tenacious
  • Resilient with a focus on a strong team ethos
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office; Word Excel, Outlook
  • An ability to work to targets/deadlines
  • A Can Do attitude with a real desire to work in Sales
