Job Description

Talent Acquisition ManagerManchesterFull Time, Permanent£40,000 - £45,000 per annumTide Recruitment are working with a growing, specialist care company who are in the search for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their central services team.This employee-centric organisation understands the value that HR brings to the business and to the people within it. This may be the right opportunity for you if youre looking for a new opportunity within a commercial business that is driven by its values.Job responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Develop a sustainable talent and resourcing strategy to meet future growth requirements for the company
  • Develop an international recruitment strategy for the company to attract international candidates to the UK, ensuring its legal compliance
  • Act as a coach and advisor to the Recruitment Manager and team, sharing talent acquisition and recruitment experience
  • Manage recruitment strategies and analytics, providing detailed reports to enhance the hiring process
  • Coordinate with the Recruitment Manager and team to source candidates in line with business priorities and forecasted needs, and ensure managers are competent in all recruitment processes
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring exceptional levels of candidate satisfaction is given at every stage of the hiring process
  • Sourcing candidates through headhunting, validating suitability for available positions.
Job Criteria
  • Experience working within clinical markets is advantageous
  • ATS experience
  • End to end recruitment
  • International recruitment experience is desirable
  • Management experience of a talent or recruitment team
  • Ability to work accurately and consistently and whilst under pressure
  • Experience of producing talent and resourcing strategies for a high growth business
  • Ability to produce talent and resourcing strategies for a high-growth company
