Job Title: Assistant Quantity SurveyorLocation: Bolton OfficeCompany Overview:We are a regional contractor with a proud heritage and a commitment to excellence. Operating predominantly in the Build and House sectors, we specialize in property maintenance works. With our headquarters based in Bolton, we are currently seeking an AssistantQuantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. This is an immediate vacancy with ample opportunities for growth and development.Key Responsibilities:Placing sub-contract orders and managing supplier relationships.Evaluating and processing sub-contract payments in accordance with project budgets.Producing and updating Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) to track project profitability.Creating monthly billing schedules and overseeing invoicing processes.Monitoring cash flow and overseeing collection efforts.Handling multiple contracts simultaneously with attention to detail.Assisting in the production of monthly management accounts.Requirements:Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry, preferably with a regional contractor background.Knowledge of Build or House sectors is advantageous.Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Self-motivated with the ability to think independently and problem-solve.Uphold the vision and values of Seddon, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Joining a hands-on team.Car Allowance/Company Car.Pension.Healthcare.Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.Required skills
