A well-known practice is recruiting for an experienced conveyancing solicitor or fee earner to join the team in Bury as Team Manager. The ideal candidate would ideally be able to handle files however team management experience is equally important for the client.My client has a very well-established conveyancing department sitting within a wider offering, servicing individuals and business alike.The position will involve handling a busy case load of residential files, including sales & purchase, Freehold & Leashold, remortgage and transfer of equity files amongst othes in addition to managing the team.This is the ideal role for al conveyancer who is keen to continue to develop their skills, whilst also working closer to home and away from the city centre.
