Job Description

We are looking to recruit a full-time Plant Engineer to work within our family run company based in Ormskirk.Plant EngineerOrmskirk, Lancashire L40 4BT39 Hours per week + overtime opportunitiesExcellent rates of payPlease Note: Applicants must be authorised to work in the UKAbout us:JJ Bullen specialises in Manufacturing and repairing excavator components as well as repairing customer plant & equipment. We offer a full range of engineering services both at the customers own sites and from our fully equipped workshop. Services includerepairs and refurbishment of buckets, grabs, booms, and dippers as well as the complete bespoke manufacture of new Hardox buckets.We pride ourselves on the service we provide and the commitment we have to our customers. We are looking for a hardworking and trustworthy Plant Engineer to help us maintain our first class reputation.About you:The ideal candidate will have experience in plant engineering and fitting on various types of heavy plant as well as welding knowledge. There will be work based both within our fully equipped workshops and on customer sites dotted around the country. Theseinclude quarries, recycling plants and dock yards as well as other customer premises.When working on sites a fully equipped van will be supplied and PPE as required.You will need to have a full driving license, welding experience and expertise in the repair of heavy plant and equipment.We can provide additional training where needed.It is essential you are reliable and hardworking with the ability to work alone as well as with others. You will have good interpersonal skills in order to communicate well with customers as well as with other company employees, managers and directors.Hours39 per week with chance of overtime.Typically Monday - Friday 8am until 5pm (4pm on Fridays)Benefits:
