Summary As a Welcome and Service Assistant its your job to do everything you can to ensure every visitor has the best day with us, every time. Youll work across the North Warwickshire Portfolio, predominantly Baddesley Clinton and Packwood, supporting Coughton Court when needed. This role requires regular weekend working, including school holidays and Bank HolidaysYoull need to be customer focussed, flexible, have a can do attitude and a keen eye for detail. This will be key for your presentation checks, where youll be ensuring presentation is at the highest of standards, whether that be by litter picking, cleaningsigns or creating innovative ideas to improve presentation across both sites.This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. We have 2 contracts available, one for 1306 hours per year and one for 1632.5 hours peryear. The team is focused on conservation projects, as well as providing an exceptional family-friendly visitor experience. Click here for more information about this location What youll be doing As the largest conservation charity in Europe we work hard to raise funds, so that we can continue to care for all the heritage in our trust. Visitors are a vital part of what we do, so youll be responsible for ensuring that you provide an excellent serviceto all our visitors, every day. As a Welcome & Service Assistant, its your role to ensure that the welcome our visitors receive is perfect, tailoring your service to set them up for an amazing experience for the rest of the day. Working closely with a groupof dedicated volunteers, youll be responsible for answering queries, handling complaints, selling memberships and making sure visitors can find everything they need for their visit. Understanding how and why we engage our supporters is key. Working with ourspirit of place youll work with the visitor welcome team to link everything we do back to our cause and the on-going work we do.Youll deliver high standards of presentation at the property, and ensure all our communications with our visitors are clear and consistent, from the first click on the website, to the posters and signs around the property.
