Job Description

Summary If you enjoy being part of a team which cares for and maintains glorious mansions and halls, keeping them an attractive tourist location, this role would be perfect for you. Due to the location of our properties, there is limited public transport access and therefore we would encourage you to consider how you would commute here and between the two properties during the day, prior to applying. What its like to work here Baddesley Clinton is a moated manor house within a rambling Warwickshire estate and Packwood House is a much-restored Tudor house, park and garden with notable topiary. The properties offer an imaginative visitor experience, with trails, activities and outdoorgames throughout the year. The two properties serve a variety of dishes in their caf & restaurant, with many ingredients grown in the properties vegetable gardens. Baddesley Clinton & Packwood House are part of a trio of properties alongside Coughton Court,so collaborative working between staff and volunteers is encouraged. Click here for more information about this location What youll be doing As the Facilities Co-ordinator, youll be responsible for supporting the delivery of an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service, to enable the successful operation of the property. Youll support the team to meet its objectives by ensuring highstandards are delivered and maintained at all times. Youll be assisting with the provision of planned, preventative and reactive maintenance and repairs, liaising with our maintenance volunteer team, cleaning (including toilets) and caretaking duties, presentationof public areas and visitor facilities including car parks and grounds, preparation of meeting rooms and the co-ordination of back of house services such as deliveries and collections.Please also read the full role profile attached to this advert.   • Experience in a facilities role in a customer service environment
  • Flexible, customer focussed approach with understanding of good customer service standards
  • Good organisational skillsand attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to use tools, equipment as required for the role
  • Willingness to work alongside volunteers and is able to support volunteers to perform at their best
  • Ability to multi-task and work in collaboration with other departments
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
