We have a current opportunity for a Job Coach on a temporary basis, based in Solihull. For further information about this position please apply.Job Title: Job CoachJob Type: TemporaryLocation: Solihull - role is based outdoors gardening whatever the weather conditions*You will need a valid DBS issues within 12 months or on the update service* The organisation In this Job Coach opportunity in Solihull, you will join a reputable organisation who assist learners with disabilities to gain valuable work experience. Key responsibilities of a Job Coach In this Job Coach job, your responsibilities will include:

  • To provide job coaching in the workplace that will enable an individual to attain the skills to enable them to gain or maintain employment as set out in their plan
  • Review and updater the learners progress through their journey
  • Actively partake In reflection and feedback of the learners work to better their employment skills
  • Demonstrate a commitment to improving the teams performance through constructive feedback and generation of ideas and solutions
  • Understands responsibility for Prevent, safeguarding and critical incident reporting in accordance with both internal and external procedures.
  • To undertake other duties in line with the job purpose
Skills & experience
  • Experience of supporting vulnerable people
  • Able to communicate clearly and efficiently
  • Adaptable to different learning styles
  • Will need an DBS children and adult cleared issued within the last 12 months or on the update service
