We are a informal family of 4, soon to be 5, with 2 medium sized dogs. Looking for a professional all rounder couple to ensure the smooth running of their 6 bedroom/6 bathroom home in a semi rural location. The candidates must be energetic, child & pet friendly,English speaking, (not necessarily first language), one must drive due to location. The gardener/ handyman/ drivers duties will include, but not limited to are keeping the gardens & driveways/pathways, clean, tidy & in an immaculate condition, window cleaningGeneral house maintenance will be required & some occasional driving & taking care of the house refuse & recycling. Car valeting the familys cars.The housekeeper/ nanny duties will include but not limited to, dusting, deep cleaning, washing, ironing, keeping floors clean, rug care. Taking note of products for shopping lists. Looking after the 3 children, boys ages 7 & 4, newborn due in march, whennecessary. School collections or drop off when necessary. Babysitting on evenings will be required & possibly over night care with the occasional need for the housekeeper/nanny to travel with the family. Experience with children is necessary, and newborn experiencewould be ideal. Overnight pet care will be needed from time to time when the family travel. Cooking is a bonus but not essential as long as basic meals for the children can be provided.Working hours are 7.30am-1pm, 2pm- 4pm for the gardener/handyman with occasional driving required out of these hours. 7.30-1pm, 2.30pm - 6pm for the housekeeper/nanny with at least one evening a week of childcare which in turn would mean the afternoon offon this day. Tuesdays - Saturday. Flexible to swap Mondays & Saturdays on occasion. The occasional working Sunday maybe required for childcare. Two days off together will be accommodated.Accommodation is a lovely spacious 2 bedroom cottage, it has its own entrance & driveway. It has a very homely feel. Bathroom with a shower/bath. Fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms, open-plan dining/ lounge area opening out onto a large patio area & garden.Good sized kitchen with separate utility room, with washer & dryer. Underfloor heating & carpeted in bedrooms & lounge areas. We are open to you having guests to stay from time to time. All bills & wifi are included.Standard holiday pay & pension included.
