Job Description

We are recruiting for Inbound Customer Service Representatives on behalf of our client based in Knowsley.This is not your typical call centre environment; you will be working within a friendly, supportive atmosphere for a long standing family run business.Our Client offer great career progression opportunities and provide full focus on training and professional development.Reporting in to the Team Manager your key tasks will include:

Maintain standards and achieve targets for all KPI areas.
Handle inbound customer telephone orders and enquiries.
Up-sell where appropriate and exceed target wherever possible.
Identify potential issues from customer feedback and highlight to Team Manager.
The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner when dealing with both internal and external customers along with the ability to consistently achieve and occasionally exceed all call handling/productivity and personal KPIs, they will alsopossess excellent keyboard skills.

Full Time Hours: 5 x 8 hour shift between 8am and 9pm Monday to Friday, 8am and 8pm Saturday, 9am and 5pm Sunday.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.Salary: £18,817 per year plus commission. OTE £23,000 per year. Paid monthly.
