Job Description

Noss on Dart Marina is currently undergoing an exciting multimillion pound redevelopment project and we are now in a position to recruit additional members of the team. The successful candidates will be joining a friendly, dedicated team who work hard toprovide the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.Customer Service AdvisorThis is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a fast paced team on a busy marina in a great location along the River Dart.Candidates must be able to demonstrate:

  • Ability to understand and deliver excellent customer service
  • A good understanding of enquiry and sales handling
  • Ability to learn and use computer software systems
  • "A can do" attitude and flexible approach to team work
Although this role will be primarily office based it will also include some outdoor working and the rota will provide for working some weekends and bank holidays. Experience of boating would be advantageous but not essential. Previous experience in a similarrole would be an advantage but training, where required, will be given.Marina and Boatyard OperativeThis is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic person with a flexible work ethic to join our team.Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:
  • Proven customer service or customer facing experience
  • A "can do" attitude
  • The ability to work alone but also as part of a team
  • Be able to stay calm under pressure
  • Be computer literate
A good knowledge of boats and experience driving plant would be desirable but not essential as training, where required, will be given. In all cases we will support you to grow your skills and assist you to reach your potential.
