Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Marina and Boatyard Operative at Noss on Dart Marina.Working as part of a small hardworking team this multi-facetted role will include, but is not limited to, boatyard and dry stack operations, duties on the pontoons and in the marina reception, carrying out general marina maintenance and contributing to sitecleanliness and presentation.Candidates must be able to demonstrate:

Proven customer service or customer facing experience
Flexibility and adaptability to both marina and boatyard operations
Ability to learn and use computer software systems
"A can do" attitude and flexible approach to teamwork

This role includes working outdoors in all weathers and will follow a duty rota that will include some weekends and bank holidays. A good knowledge of boats and experience driving plant would be desirable but not essential as full training, where required,will be given.
