Summary The Hours: Part time working 30 hours a week on average, across 4 or 5 out of 7 days in the summer and working weekends only in the winter. Typical shift between 8:30am-4:30pm, weekend work essential (no split shifts or evening work). What youll be doing With your passion for food and your appetite to provide an exceptional service to your customers, youll work with the National Trust Cookbook framework to prepare delicious food.Youll enjoy preparing food from scratch using fresh/seasonal ingredients and will be confident with creating bakes,making, soups, stews, sausage rolls and preparing & presenting food to order served directly to the customers over busy lunchtime periods.You will receive a bespoke induction and allergen/food safety training.
