Residential Support WorkerRoles Available in Gateshead and Tynesdie£23000 + sleep-ins paid additionallyBS Social Care are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading children`s residential provider in looking for full time permanent roles across Tyneside. We are looking for four support workers in Newcastle and three roles in Gateshead.The provider is a well established, innovative provider of care to children in homes which are set in beautiful surroundings.You will be working as part of team working directly with the young people in their day-to-day lives. As well as enabling the young people get to school, make appointments and other daily living activities, the organisation is committed to ensuring that theygo the extra miles in enabling the young people achieve their goals and engage in activities of their choice to help enhance their life.You will have experience in working in residential support and ideally children`s residential and/or complex additional needs. Ideally you will have a relevant level 3 but preference is experience.There is a company pension scheme as well as a healthcare benefits programme and other benefits in taking this role.
