  • £10.92 per hour to increase after 3 months probationary period
  • Monday to Thursday 09:00 – 17:00 / Friday 08:30 – 16:30

THE BUSINESSOur client are one of the leading manufacturers of bathroom furniture in the UK and the Product range has maintained an impressive position in the market for over 20 years. They manufacture a wide range of bathroom furniture in the North East of England,utilising some of the most up to date computer-controlled machinery in the industry.The client are excited to be in a position to expand their Customer Service & Sales team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, professional and friendly team working hard to ensure that all aspects of the customer journey are effortless andstreamlined.THE ROLEThe role of the Customer Service / Sales Administrator is diverse, fast paced and demanding. You will answer customer queries via the telephone and email, process customer orders and solve complex queries on a daily basis. The client uses a bespoke orderingsystem so you must be able to adapt to new systems quickly. Attention to detail is a must in all aspects of this role.THE PERSON
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate through bespoke ordering systems, demonstrating adaptability to new technologies and processes.
  • Attention to detail is crucial for accurately processing customer orders and resolving complex queries.
  • The ability to analyse and solve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to work within a dynamic and friendly team environment.
  • Efficiently manage tasks and prioritise workload to meet deadlines in a busy work environment.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner, maintaining a positive and friendly manner in all customer interactions.
