  • Working hours of MondayThursday 9-5 Friday 8.30 -4.30

  • The role of the Customer Service / Sales Administrator is diverse, fast paced and demanding.
  • You will answer customer queries via the telephone and email, process customer orders and solve complex queries on a daily basis.
  • The business uses a bespoke ordering system so you must be able to adapt to new systems quickly. Attention to detail is a must in all aspects of this role.
  • You will support the team with the overall sales cycle, working closely with both customers and clients
THE PERSONTo be considered for this position you must have,
  • Very strong communication skills with the ability to deal with both internal and external customers
  • High level of confidence in being able to multi task various systems
  • Desire to learn how the business works and to understand how this role contributes to business performance
  • Liaising with clients and dealing with queries over the phone
  • Undertaking a range of admin tasks in line with your core duties
