As we they to expand, we are looking for a skilled Project Manager who can drive success in these specialized areas.Position Overview: Title: Project Manager - Fit Out Projects (Healthcare, Education, Purpose-Built Accommodation)Responsibilities:Project Planning and Execution:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements specific to healthcare, education, and purpose-built accommodation projects.

Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Address and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Budget and Cost Management:

- Monitor project budgets and financial performance, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and on budget.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize project financials.

Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement proactive risk management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Health and Safety Compliance:

- Ensure that all fit out projects comply with health and safety regulations and standards.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment.

Quality Assurance:

- Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards are met.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to guarantee the excellence of the fit out projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in fit out projects, particularly in healthcare, education, and purpose-built accommodation.
Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
