RD Accommodation North is a small team who cover Scotland, NI and the North of England. A Housing Estate Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of the housing service within a dedicated geographical area of responsibility, this role currently covers the West of Scotland and Cumbria and travel to locations to carry out assurance and meet with Customers will be required (Post COVID restrictions).ResponsibilitiesMain ResponsibilitiesA Housing Estate Manager in DIO will: Engage with a wide range of stakeholders including Industry Partners, Service Customers and occupants. Work collaboratively with Industry Partners to ensure successful delivery of the NHP (National Housing Prime) contract.
