As lead for our strategic business engagement agenda, you will mentor, coach,and lead your team to ensure best in class service delivery of all end to end life-cycle processing.Responsibilities/DutiesLead a simple and effective HR Services operating model for employee lifecycle process, alongside HR Operations partnersEnable and embed simple, effective and automated employee lifecycle processing within teamsProactively work with customers and stakeholders - building great relationships with SBU business partners and drive change / improvementConsistently exceed on all agreed service delivery timelines and customer expectationsReport all business performance statistics and KPIs with business leadsEnsure compliance, control and governance at all timesResponsible for all Payroll audit deliverablesContribute to the effective working of HR Operational teams - to ensure seamless service deliveryProvide value-added data and analytics to business partners as and when requiredLead on all Payroll Operational change programmesLead on all required system improvementsKey Skills/ExperienceDemonstrable track record in setting up and running efficient transactions and processes.Excellent customer service focus and manner, demonstrating a sense of urgency in resolving issues.Ability to manage in a team environment, seeking the ideas of others and valuing differing perspectivesAbility to solve problems and make timely and informed decisions.Demonstrate a real passion and energy for delivery of HR / Payroll servicesinclusive of influencing and negotiation skills.Flexible and adaptable with excellent ability to work cross functionally within an organisationDont meet every single requirement Studies have shown that some people from minority groups are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification.
