The role will be based from our Head Office location (LE67 6HS) and will take responsibility for leading the Group Management Reporting teams, includingTreasury Management.As our Head of Group Reporting, you will: •Be accountable for consolidation of all groups results into Group reporting systems and managing the close process.•Lead and be accountable for the monthly management reporting process•Develop and improve monthly reporting processes on a continuous basis•Own the production and integrity of the plc management accounts and forecasts•Liaise with internal and external audit to answer any queries•Lead and be accountable for all Treasury activities, including liquidity management and cash forecasting•Act as single point contact for the banking syndicate•Deputise for Group Financial Controller as necessaryIn order to be successful as our Head of Group Reporting, ideally you will have/be:•A recognised accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)•An authentic leader with ability to manage teams effectively•Process oriented in approach with focused attention to detail and high standards for quality and accuracy in your work product•Strong quantitative and analytical skills for creating insightful, actionable reporting and measurement systems•An ability to multi-task under pressure and in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines, ability to take initiative•A high level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft products including Excel, Word, and Powerpoint•Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbally and in writing•The ability to derive analytical insights from multiple data sources, with strong attention to detail•Thorough understanding of business drivers and trading conditions•Ability to speak up and positively challenge where required with a strong understanding of controlsThink you can make a difference WE ARE your future.More details:•Full time, permanent role with hybrid working options•Competitive salary•Bonus scheme•Car allowance•10% matched pension, administered by Legal and General•3x life insurance•Share Save scheme eligibility•Full access to Employee Assistance programme for self and family members•Access to high street retail discounts platform – with access to discounts at Tesco, Asda, etc…•Personal development and career progression opportunitiesOur commitment to diversity and inclusionExcited about the role, but your past experience or qualifications don’t perfectly match everything in the job description We would encourage you to still apply.
