If youre interested in a career in recruitment and are passionate about working as part of a team who cares about making a difference whilst providing exceptional services to clients and candidates, then join our Medacs Global Group family which containsbrands such as Medacs Healthcare and Global Medics.ABOUT THE ROLEMedacs Global Group (MGG) is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to be based from our Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire officesYou will be running a profitable desk and achieving Medacs Social Cares business objectives through successfully getting the right people in to the right jobs and building closer long term client relationships.We embrace hybrid working from our offices in Huntingdon and home on alternate shifts 08.00-16.30 and 09.30 to 18.00.Heres some of the key responsibilities:

Maintain regular contact with candidates and clients, build lasting relationships
Servicing existing client contracts recruiting for social care vacancies
Managing incoming calls and responding to emails
Advertising vacancies and candidate screening
Completing registrations and associated compliance
Filling temporary bookings and shifts for Care Assistants and building a candidate pipeline
Generate, co-ordinate and promote sales activities and identify areas for growth
Arrange and attend client visits you will need to drive and have your own transport
Maintain up files and records of all assigned candidates
Using your Excel skills updating spreadsheets
