Job Description

Office Administrator £ NegotiablePoint Recruitment are recruiting for an Office Administrator for our client based in Huntingdon.Our client is not looking necessary looking for experience, as full training will be provided Responsibilities include :

  • Provide an exceptional level of customer service via telephone and email communication and accurate updating of the internal database.
  • Process and dispatch day to day sales orders.
  • Use excellent attention to detail to process all office administration accurately.
  • Support other administrators within the business.
  • Supporting office staff with managing all the goods received via our suppliers.
  • Adherence to relevant quality requirements.
  • Maintain and clean, tidy and organised workspace.
Working hours and pay rates :
  • Monday to Friday
  • Pay Negotiable
  • 08:30-17:30
Skills & Experience:
  • A high attention to detail.
  • Warm personality, working within a small team and being versatile.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in written format.
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Exceptional housekeeping
  • Have a pro-active approach and demonstrate the ability to achieve results.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive culture
