Job Description

Are you looking for a L&D role where you can really make a difference to peoples lives We are proud to be recruiting a Talent Development Manager for a medical devices business in north Cambridgeshire.The role is offering hybrid working based in Huntingdon, please only apply if you are able to work on site 2/3 days a week.Reporting to the HR Director, you will be focusing on developing and delivering training and development initiatives across Europe to a diverse employee base. You will be an experienced L&D professional who is collaborative in their approach and who is passionate about all things L&D. Working as part of the HR team, you will work collaboratively with this team to design, implement and champion the L&D Strategy for the European region to help grow the businessAbout you

  • Experience of designing and delivering training and development initiatives to diverse populations of employees at multiple levels is critical
  • Demonstrable examples of interventions designed for management development programs at various levels
  • Background in managing multiple projects and stakeholders at pace
  • Previous experience of working in a HRBP and Centre of Excellent HR model in an international business, with a remote headquarters (desirable)
  • Experience of working within medical devices would be an advantage, however not essential, but knowledge of working within a fast moving and highly sales driven environment required.
  • In addition, experience of working in a matrix environment and understanding the impact this has on the internal organization is vital
  • Self-motivated, hands- on and able to complete diverse tasks at various levels within the department
  • Relationship skillsable to build strong positive relationships with customer key decision makers and collaborate positively inside the Mindray organization
  • Good communicator with excellent listening, spoken and written communication skills
