Job Description

We have an exciting new opportunity that has become available for our prestigious client based in Hertford.They are seeking a professional and experienced Personal Assistant (Temporary) to support a senior member of staff. The successful candidate will have a proven background in a similar role and be able to work in a demanding and fast paced role.You will be resilient, adaptable and have excellent organisation, communication, and attention to detail.There will be some extra hours on a Saturday required, on an adhoc basis so you must be flexible.For the right candidate, this could develop into a permanent role.They can offer you a competitive rate of pay, benefits and a stunning working environment.This is a great opportunity for an exceptional candidate to join the team.The standard working hours will be 8am – 4pm but the demands of the role may require work to be undertaken outside hours on occasion.Key duties of the PA;

  • Providing confidential and personal support.
  • Managing and organising the diary and electronic appointments, controlling the daily schedule, and keeping to the planned schedule.
  • Assisting the management of day-to-day work, providing appropriate administrative support.
  • Responding to letters, emails, and phone calls.
  • Drafting, typing, and dispatching correspondence.
  • Maintaining discreet and professional relationships internally and externally.
  • Liaising with relevant individuals and external organisations to arrange meetings, prepare agendas and draft minutes.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive filing system, online and otherwise.
  • Processing general and confidential documents appropriately.
  • Managing procedures and paperwork.
  • Minute taking as and when required.
  • Providing a welcoming and professional approach to all visitors.
  • Managing and organising travel arrangements.
  • Collating, recording, and processing expenses.
  • Collating and managing data to create and produce documents.
  • Undertake responsibilities in respect of Data protection, including the appropriate use of computer IDs and passwords, in relation to the role.
