Hours:37.5 per week (full-time) - working set days of either Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday, 9am-5pm.Salary:£11.00 per hour Duration:permanent contract Interview dates:11th April 2023 What its like to work here Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, youll be based at Hanbury Hall & Gardens, a country retreat in the heart of Worcestershire. The house and garden, originally a stage-set for summerparties, offer a glimpse into life at the turn of the 18th century. At times, youll also be required to cover shifts at Greyfriars, a late medieval house, rescued from demolition, in Worcester city centre.This is an exciting time to join the team as Hanbury is currently undergoing a £2.2m project, which includes an extension to the current tea-room and new state of the art kitchen facilities. What youll be doing With your love of working with people, positive attitude, and desire to provide an excellent service, youll welcome and look after every customer who visits our Food and Beverage outlet.As a Team Leader youll support the team daily to ensure we are compliant and that every food and drink order is beautifully presented and served with a smile.Using your excellent attention to detail, youll ensure all signage is displayed correctly and the food served, looks delicious.Youll receive a bespoke induction, allergen/food safety training and the coaching required to fulfil in role.
