Description:Opportunities· Chance to convert to Permanent role after 12 month period· Fully paid training for J-STD soldering (Internationally recognised standard)· Training on use of engineering drawings· Development can lead to further training on testing of assembled parts· Opportunity to further develop in other areas of the business(Engineering/Aerospace)· Pay banding aligned to skillset as you developRole:· Assembling electro-mechanical parts including pressure sensors· J-STD soldering- IPC certified· Direct supervision, with results frequently reviewed· Patterned manual actions, dexterity and thought required, with little deviation expected or allowed· Follows specific directions· Basic technical skills and knowledgeTiming Hours:· Mon-Wed 0730 - 1630 (2x 15 min & 1x 30 min lunch break)· Thur: 0730 - 1600 (2x 15 min & 1x 30 min lunch break)· Fri 0730 - 1300 (1x 15 min break)
