Temporary Contracts AdministratorLocation: LeicesterSalary: £20,000 - £22,000 per annum DOEHours: MondayFriday 8:00-4:30pmTemporary Position (4 months)January 2023 startAre you an experienced administrator Do you have experience managing stock Do you have great attention to detail and excellent communication skills Are you immediately available for a January start If so, this could be the role for you.Flowers Associates are currently working with a service installation company who due to the busy winter-spring months ahead are seeking an experienced administrator to join their team on a temporary basis to help support the business, by liaising with tenantsand clients regarding scheduled in works, managing stock and raising purchase orders. The RoleThe success Temporary Contracts Administrator will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties: Communicating with customers via email and over the phone Working closely with the operations controller and other team members Liaising with new tenants and clients to schedule in works Managing stock through an in-house system: Ordering materials, Receipting goods, Stock counts Raising purchase orders Entering information accurately and updating spread sheets/systems Data processingThe ideal candidate:Will be an experienced administrator, displaying excellent customer service skills, with the ability to prioritise their own workload. The ideal candidate will know their way around a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and have proficient IT skills. The Administratorwill be able to respond to customer and tenants enquiries in a professional manner, delivering excellent customer service at all times.
