Job Description

Immediate start9 - 5.30 Mon - Thur 4.30pm finish on Fridays£22-£26kRugby basedTemporary to PermanentThis exciting new position for our expanding client in Rugby is seeking a pro-active, forward thinking individual to process work task requests from their customers.Main tasks :

  • You will be the main point of contact for all customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Review, log and assign all task requests on their in house system - directing them to the correct department or division
  • Assessing orders, quotes, technical enquiries appropriately
  • To drive improved customer response and task handling through supervision of the Sales and Operations team
  • Checking all enquiries are followed up and completed on time
  • Supporting the Sales and Operation Managers
Person Spec
  • A logical thinker, with a methodical approach
  • Previous office, customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Superb organisational skills
  • Supervisory experience with the ability to motivate and support colleagues to achieve desired work outcomes
