Immediate start9 - 5.30 Mon - Thur 4.30pm finish on Fridays£22-£26kRugby basedTemporary to PermanentThis exciting new position for our expanding client in Rugby is seeking a pro-active, forward thinking individual to process work task requests from their customers.Main tasks :

You will be the main point of contact for all customer enquiries via phone and email
Review, log and assign all task requests on their in house system - directing them to the correct department or division
Assessing orders, quotes, technical enquiries appropriately
To drive improved customer response and task handling through supervision of the Sales and Operations team
Checking all enquiries are followed up and completed on time
Supporting the Sales and Operation Managers

Person Spec

A logical thinker, with a methodical approach
Previous office, customer service experience
Strong attention to detail
Superb organisational skills
Supervisory experience with the ability to motivate and support colleagues to achieve desired work outcomes
A desire to learn and develop new skills -
