ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A NEW CAREER WITHIN ESTATE AGENCYQUALITY MULTI-BRANCH INDEPENDENT ESTATE AGENTS REQUIRES A TRAINEE / JUNIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR FOR THEIR FOREST HILL BRANCHBASIC SALARY UP TO £16k DOE + OTE CIRCA £35k-£40k + CAR ALLOWANCE My client, a quality independent Estate Agency, is looking for a TRAINEE / JUNIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR to join their existing team in Forest Hill.The position is for a TRAINEE / JUNIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR who is driven and competent - you must be able to show good communication skills both face to face and over the phone and have a desire to work in a competitive environment in return you will be responsible for:

Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone

Sales background preferable

Matching customer needs for buying & selling of properties

Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations

Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available

Showing people around properties in the local area

General administration duties with basic IT skills & data input

Organised and efficient with good attention to detail

Local knowledge preferable

Full driving licence and own car essential
