Sales and Lettings Negotiator - Forest Hill, SE23A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales and Letting Negotiator to join our Client based in Forest Hill, SE23As a Sales and Letting Negotiator you will be confident in dealing with properties and clients across the range into the very top end and be involved in the whole Property Letting process from generating /carrying out viewings to Negotiating and pushing deals through to their successful completion.Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

Booking viewings

Attending viewings

Generating market appraisals

Attend market appraisals

Successfully convert market appraisals

Marketing of new properties

Fee negotiation

Canvassing

Dealing with all enquiries

Registering applicants

Negotiating Offers

Viewing Feedback

Vendor Care

Marketing

Some Administration

Sales Progression

Property Check in’s and check out’s

Lettings Administration, such as inventory preparation

Attending Inventories

Matching candidates

Ensuring gas and electricity certificates are up to date

Corresponding with landlords and tenants

Ensuring all health and safety is correctly followed

Attending lettings valuations

Developing the market share of the sales side of the business

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:

Minimum 2 year’s experience within property sales and Lettings.

Candidates should be target-driven and have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment

Excellent communication skills and able to articulate ideas in a concise way

Enjoy working in a team environment

A desire to want to progress and challenge yourself continually

Have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment

Obtain a full valid UK driving licence
