Project Manager - High End Fit OutAn established main contractor that specialises in high-end fit out is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver on a variety of projects in Commercial, Retail, Hotel and Office fit out.The CompanyBased in South East London the successful Project Manager will be joining a company that has stamped their name in the fit out sector and has been trading successfully for over 3 decades.The company has strong roots in the industry with a high value client base and high-end projects ranging from Retail, Commercial, Office and Hotel fit out across mainland UK.The Project Manager Role

Programming
Deliver the project from concept to completion
Ensuring high quality project delivery
Liaising with Directors, Contracts and Site managers
Compiling project reports and liaise with clients on project progress
Plan and implement Health and Safety
Chair project review meetings

The Project Manager - Requirements

High-End fitout experience
Proven track record in project delivery
Commercial Awareness
On-site Construction experience
Strong communication skills
SMSTS, CSCS Card
First Aid
