We are recruiting for full time and part time Sales and Lettings Negotiator to be based in our Forest Hall office.We are looking for driven individuals that know how to create a fantastic first impression for our valued customers. If you have the spirit and desire to deliver a 5- star service, together with the drive to pro-actively generate business we would love tohear from you!You will be responsible for arranging viewings and valuations for properties, following up appointments and negotiating offers and sales. Working with a range of properties across the region and working in sales, lettings and auction no two days are everthe same!You will benefit from a competitive salary and a clear and transparent commission structure, which will enable you to earn uncapped commission.If you are target driven, have great communication skills, are highly organised with a drive to achieve targets this could be an exciting and rewarding career.If you have a passion for property and people this could be the role for you.Previous estate agency or sales experience is preferred however full training will be provided.
