Purchase and Finance AdministratorLongbenton12 month temporary contract.£13 - £16 per hour for 37.5 hour week.Our client is a multinational consumer goods corporation; specializing in a wide range of personal care and hygiene products; organized into several segments including Beauty; Grooming; Health Care; Fabric & Home Care; and Baby and Feminine care.The post holder will be responsible for administration and tracking of the operating budget as well as fixed asset management for key customers in the business area.Core responsibilities include:S2P (placing POs, GRing, invoice resolution, P2P issue solving), tracking of spending through standardized tools, preparing spending/forecast reviews with customers, preparing cross-charges and journal corrections, year end accruals.On fixed asset management this involves creation of various forms/Orders and inventory cycle counts.Skills required:Already living or commutable to Longbenton in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne.Ideally able to start within 2 weeks of an offer.Excellent knowledge of SAPExcellent Intermediate or advanced MS Excel skillsOperating with discipline, eye for detail, collaboration with diverse partners.
