The CompanyHybrid/flexible working - study support - career developmentDue to growth, a national service organisation, based North of the Tyne is seeking anManagement Accountant to join their established team. This is a fantastic opportunity which offers the successful Management Accountant the opportunity to work in a collaborative,flexible environment.The RoleDuties of the Management Accountant will include:

Be responsible for the production of timely and accurate monthly management accounts reporting and supplementary analysis
Identify and implement changes to existing models/reports/analysis to improve efficiency
Be responsible for cashflow, project andcapital reporting for areas under jurisdiction.
Balance sheet reconciliations
Be responsible for the consolidation and reporting of all budgeting and forecasting for area of jurisdiction.
Support the cashflow control, reporting and forecasting processes
Support the capital control, reporting and forecasting processes
Work as part of the wider Finance & HR teams to drive continuous improvement in the use of the companys finance processes & systems.

The PersonThe requirements for the Management Accountant role are:

AAT qualified/Part qualified or qualified by experience
Experience in a similar role
Exposure to management accounts preparation
Strong analytical skills
Comfortable user of Excel (V lookups and pivot tables)
Motivated individual who is eager to learn
