Weybridge/Field Based (30mins from Waterloo) – with travel across the country to visit our sites and various customersFull time, PermanentSaputo Dairy UK is a producer of leading British food brands and value-added ingredients. We also manufacture specialised ingredients for use in the infant formula.What you’ll do at Saputo Dairy UK

Be a lead SDUK contact, holding full P&L responsibility and promoting effective cross-functional business relationships with stakeholders at all levels and across a number of external customer functions.

Develop, negotiate and deliver the annual business plans in line with SDUK strategy and brand plans with the support of the Convenience SNAM specifically focussed on the SPAR, UNITAS & CONFEX customers.

Develop annual internal Customer Plans that are converted into external Joint Business Plans.

Support the development/delivery of a Category & Shopper Management programme within the defined categories, supported by the development and implementation of a promotion and NPD plan.

Develop and build long-lasting relationships at all levels and functions within Convenience Accounts to the benefit of SDUK’s business interests (I.e. category, manufacturing, technical and supply chain).

Who’s right for the roleEssential

Proven Account Management experience preferably within an FMCG company, ideally having both branded & own label experience.

A proven track record of good relationship building and communication skills: internally, cross functionally and customer facing.

Proven experience of delivery of NPD and cost price increases along with leadership of the joint business planning process.

Proactive, enthusiastic & assertive – a real passion for SDUK, our brands, our customers, along with their own learning & development.

A ‘Can do’ attitude – prepared to face into the difficult conversations & challenges, but in a way that builds a better future for all.

Previous experience of managing Convenience Accounts.
