Liberty is passionate about housing maintenance and development, with a strong commitment to value for money services that make a positive difference to people and the communities in which we work.We are currently looking to recruit for a Planner to join us to control and monitor the daily work activity using the organisations IT system to ensure that work is allocated and delivered to agreed business priorities and in the most cost-effective way.Monitoring the incoming work raised by the service centre, you will conduct customer satisfaction surveys and follow up on enquiries and complaints; updating the IT system to allow statistical data to be collated and liaising with operatives to ensure work is completed within specified time.You must also liaise regularly with other relevant departments to ensure that service is delivered to the organisations service delivery standards and undertake administrative duties to support the team.With a full range of administration skills and experience of operating a computerised database (ideally Opti-Time), candidates must be able to use Microsoft Office software (in particular Outlook, Word, Excel and Access) and be capable of working to deadlines and communicating with both internal and external customers.
