Job Title: Contracts Manager in RoofingLocation: Manchester, Liverpool, and YorkshireSalary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annumBenefits: Company Car/Van, fuel card, pension scheme, and company credit cardStart Date: ASAPWe are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager in Roofing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the roofing industry and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire process of roofing projects, from the initial planning stages to the final execution and completion.
Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.
Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that the project is completed to the highest standards.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and be able to work well under pressure.
Read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in the roofing industry.
Excellent communication skills.
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
Good understanding of construction techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents.
