Job Description

Job Overview: Our client a Mortgage Brokers based in Manchester is seeking a Mortgage Administrator. You will play a crucial role in supporting the team of mortgage advisors and contributing to the overall success of the company. This is an excellent opportunity for individualswith strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a keen interest in developing a career in the mortgage industry.Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks related to mortgage applications and transactions.
  • Manage documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize computer skills for spreadsheet logging, document preparation, and communication.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients both over the phone and face to face, responding to inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Attend training sessions and actively participate in professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Skills/Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and spreadsheet applications.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Interest in the mortgage industry and a willingness to learn.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
