Job Description

Do you have a keen interest in HR and data Does project work interest you Have you commenced your CIPD studies or do you have a relevant degree in Human ResourcesThis is a newly created role, identified by the Head of HR in this global supply business.About You

  • Youll have a vested interest in HR - either by administrative experience or by recent graduation with a degree in Human Resource Management.
  • Its essential that youre analytical, intelligent and driven by data.
  • This role would be based on-site every day, near Trafford Park so you must be happy without that hybrid offering and with the commute.
  • You should be confident presenting information and liaising with various internal departments and externally.
  • You must have strong MS Excel skills with the ability to perform intermediate functions.
About the Job
  • Its a brand new role to the business!
  • Youll be working in support of the very busy HR Manager on multiple projects at any one time.
  • Depending on the project youll be responsible for collating personnel data and manipulating information to prepare for analysis, reporting and presentation.
  • You will then coordinate and facilitate each project accordingly; it could be a systems implementation or a business acquisition project.
