About the roleBased in our Eccles head office, we are currently recruiting for a Team leader to join our CreditControl Team. This role willlead,manage and coacha small team, dealing with all new credit applications for our customers, working closely with out Credit Admin team and reporting directly to the Credit Control Manager.The ideal candidate will have experience in using SAP, previous experience in Credit Control and processing Credit applications.Role ResponsibilitySupervise, plan and co-ordinate to ensure all tasks are completed in an effective and timely mannerTarget accuracy and completeness with branchesEnsure all changes to credit limits are processed to agreed SLAReporting KPI’s to the businessManage relationships between team and branchesYou will needSAP experienceA high degree of resilience and tenacity, whilst managing internal customer expectationsCommitted to achieving deadlines whilst not compromising accuracyThe ability to assess and support the business in managing regulatory and reputational risksAbility to lead a team by exampleGood stakeholder management skills, having the ability to engage senior members of the branch teams to develop a good compliance understandingFinancial administration background in a retail/wholesale businessWhats in it for youAt Booker Group we offer excellent benefits that help make our business a great place to work.
