Join the Close Brothers Finance team where you will managing the broker training inbox daily, collating training outcomes and liaising with our brokers to share results and certificates for training delegates. Working as part of the Broker Trainingteam. Our ideal team member will have previous experience in designing slides with PowerPoint with excellent communication skills. RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor online training inbox, actioning queries & requests
Manage all aspects of training onboarding and registrations and ensure learners are issued with the appropriate information/joining instructions
Collate course completions and administer exam results and certificates to delegates
Updating training tracker with delegates who have completed training and provide feedback to Sales Managers/Stakeholders
Assist with on-boarding new brokers to Close Brothers, be able to provide demos of our online platform via webinars to get their buy-in.
Keep relevant stakeholders updated with newly on-boarded brokers.
Work closely with the team to identify and collate external training needs.
Measure success and impact by using appropriate measurement criteria.
Work closely with the Training Team and Design Consultant for new content creation. Gather feedback from relevant departments and host content review meetings to ensure new content is correct, current and applicable.
Develop collaborative partnerships with stakeholders (Internal & External).
Keep up to date with the different platforms and tools, such as Learn Upon, WebEx, Microsoft, Tableau & our Intranet - Jive.
Promote training and team on our internal intranet page

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF HAVE:

Strong detailed planning, time management and organisational skills
Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Positive, proactive approach, with the ability to work towards tight deadlines
Good attention to detail

IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE:

Knowledge of Learning Management systems
Experience in designing slides with PowerPoint
Experience working in projects and/or training coordination within the advertising or marketing industry.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
