Join the Close Brothers Asset Finance & Leasing (CBAFL) team where you will deliver important business initiatives across the Commercial Division. This is a broad role with high visibility at a senior level, so is perfect for an individual who is looking tomake an impact quickly and can work effectively alone. Strong stakeholder management skills are required as the role will be engaging with teams across Commercial and the wider Bank. Hybrid based, this role will have exposure to work from many of our CBAFL offices, mainly based out of Manchester, Burton, Chesteror Wimbledon where our main operation hubs are. To be successful in the role, the candidate will need to develop a deep understanding of key areas of the CBAFL business, its products, and processes. We are looking for a self-starter who is results orientated and can take ownership of ideas from inceptionto implementation.
