Tenancy Coordinator - South West London

Job Description

Our client is an award winning agency with offices based in South West London. They are currently hiring for a Tenancy Coordinator position and are looking for a passionate team member who can deliver excellent customer service and has acute attention todetail.Responsibilities include:

  • Managing all pre-tenancy compliance for their portfolio of properties.
  • Handling the tenancy move ins by ensuring all process run smoothly including deposit protection.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and landlords.
  • Co-ordinating the end of tenancy procedures, renewals, and required paperwork. This includes the termination process when required and releasing deposit after negotiation.
  • Answering general tenancy enquiries.
  • Management of legal documents and procedures.
  • Assisting the Head of Property Services
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times and dealing with situations in a professional manner
Key Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Positive friendly disposition
  • Previous experience working in a similar field (preferred)
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Exceptional time management
  • Strong MS Office technical skills
  • Knowledge of working with property specific CRMs (preferred but not essential)
