Senior Projects AdministratorSW18£30,0007.30am - 4.30pm Monday to FridayAs part ofcontinuedcompany expansion, my clientis actively recruiting and experience Projects Administrator to add to their existing dynamic team. My client has a cultural focus on providing a trusting and supportive workplace environment.Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will be responsible for:Providingadministrative support for the projects teamCommunicating and managing other members of the administrationteamUpdate spreadsheets detailing project costs when requiredManage accreditationsManage and coordinate engineer diaries utilising other members of the administration teamTo check supplier and subcontractor invoices against estimate/subcontract ordersAssist & produce O&M documentation when involved with a projectAssisting the Projects Team where requiredLogging Service RequestsObtaining full site asset listsUpdating internal documentation including but not limited to insurance and accreditationsExperience requiredExperience within a projects administration desirable4/5 years Administration experienceProcess and Logistical experienceAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesGood verbal and written abilitiesStrong team playerIf you have the experience required for this role and would like to hear more, please contact Lisa Nichols
