Job Description

REED are recruiting a HR Coordinator/Administrator to join one of our brilliant clients HR team based in Eaglescliffe, to deliver a diverse range of administrative responsibilities across all areas of the HR function.Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a highly efficient and professional HR administration service that meets agreed service levels and complies with company policies and procedures, focusing on administrative excellence.
  • Update and maintain HR data accurately in SAP and other HR systems where applicable.
  • Act as a point of contact for HR queries and escalate as appropriate.
  • Coordination of all employee life cycle actions, including onboarding, promotions and leavers.
  • Prepare contracts, letters and advise on terms and conditions.
  • Ensure employee digital files are maintained and up to date.
  • Produce reports from SAP accurately and manipulate data using Excel
  • Ensure agency employees have relevant work approvals and SAP records.
  • Contribute and assist with the monthly payroll cycle.
The Successful Applicant:To be successful, you’re passionate about delivering administrative excellence, have a keen eye for detail, able to actively problem solve and work confidently both independently and as part of a team. You must be flexible, organised and have the abilityto handle and prioritise multiple processes.Other key skills include:
  • Strong HR Administration experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to meet deadlines
