Job Description

Procure Recruitment Group are recruiting for an Assistant Bar Manager for our prestigious sporting venue client in the heart of Teesside.This is a unique opportunity to utilise your skills to support the Bar and restaurant manager and develop your skills to progress up the leadership ladder.Our client is looking for a candidate that is hard-working, friendly, trustworthy, reliable and able to really add quality to the venue and the team.The main duties include:

Serving customers with the highest standards of customer service
Replenishing stock / changing barrels etc
Supporting the management of the team and deputising fore the manager in their absence
Organising staff rotas and ensuring all shifts are covered
Delivering a first class experience to all customers and staff

The working hours are flexible and will average between 30 and 40 hours per week with shifts available between 10am and 11pm.The ideal candidate will have worked at this level already however full training will be provided for a less experienced successful candidate.Initially this is a temporary position with the plan for the successful candidate to gain a permanent job with the company after a qualifying period.To learn more apply today!
