Job Description

Westray Recruitment Group is looking recruit a Customer Service Manager for our client based in Eaglescliffe. As the companys Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for end to end service delivery to customers based in UK, Canada, Europe, MiddleEast and USA. As well as driving and implementing changes, you will also be happy to bring a hands-on approach to customer service.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

  • Management of the UK domestic and Export customer services team ensuring excellence in customer service
  • The Health & Safety of employees in the customer services teams
  • Management of the order processing activity of £200m sales orders through to invoicing
  • Driving UK OTIF (On-time In-full) levels for the customer through collaboration with the UK logistics manager
  • Driving DOTIF (Delivered On-time In-full) for export markets through collaboration with the group logistics manager
  • Driving improved levels of customer engagement through the customer services team as measured by external third-party surveys (i.e. The Advantage Group Survey)
  • Managing the audit and legislative compliance for all transactions completed by the customer services team
  • Building strong relationships with key TCP (Tata Consumer Products) Operations and Commercial colleagues
  • Accuracy of monthly customer services reporting to implement change and drive continuous improvement
  • Development of the internal systems and processes for the customer services team
  • Development of export processes for new and emerging markets
WHAT EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION
  • Graduate level qualifications in relevant discipline preferred
  • Continuous improvement and lean methodologies
  • Export/Import management (INCOTERMS etc.)
  • FMCG experience preferred
  • Strong customer service experience
  • ERP & retailer supply chain systems (SAP etc)
  • Excel knowledge
